Wardrobe styling for chair look: Kara Wilson
We needed to pull out all the stops for Finale so we adopted a go big or go home mentality for tonight’s look. We paired this magnificent custom designed embroided & beaded deco inspired sheath gown by couture house J’Aton with black diamond earrings and rings by local Australian jewellery Cerrone and black studded Manolo Blahnik pumps to give the look a masculine edge.

Tonight’s finale look the hair was kept soft with effortless waves. I wanted to create a look of elegance and glamour to compliment the dress and makeup. First the hair was blown dry smooth and shiny. The roots of the hair were kept flat to the crown of of head. The hair was parted in a deep side part. On the mid lengths I created waves using a medium sized curling iron to create movement and a feel of old Hollywood. Lastly, hair was brushed out to keep softness and movement, creating a classic elegant, luxurious look.

Delta’s makeup tonight was all about a smokey eye to compliment her amazing dramatic J’Aton gown. I rimmed the eye with black pencil and smoked it out using rusty bronze and plum shadows. Lots of lash extensions were applied to the top lashes. Highlighter was used on her cheekbones and cheeks were peachy pink cream blush. Lips were left nude using our favourite peachy nude gloss.

For Delta’s nails we opted for something edgy, but chic. For this look we started with a soft nude moon and black tip. Finishing with a chunky, metallic gold tape through the centre.
